Q What does P2P do?

A We help SMEs grow profitability and sales.

A Our SME expertise which comes from years of hands-on experience. This means we can swiftly focus on issues, identify options and provide practical and flexible resource where it delivers results most effectively.

Q What is your background?

A I have 20 years experience in a wide cross-section of SMEs from manufacturing to service industries my CIMA and marketing background together with the running of several SME businesses including my own, means I understand where SME leaders are coming from.

Q What do you personally bring to P2P?

A My approach starts with being a good listener and communicator. Simple pragmatic solutions run to our core. All this, with a good measure of integrity and intelligence, shapes how P2P operates.

Q Can you give an example of how you have helped a business grow?

A In one SME sales effort was redirected away from declining market sectors to growing sectors by incentivising the sales force and focusing on specific product lines which saw significant sales and profit growth. This success resulted in the main competitor buying the business.
